The 39th MSA-NSC-MILO NATIONAL OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 will be held from 18-22 Nov 2025 at the National Sailing Centre, Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia. The regatta will be open to both national (Malaysian) and international participants.

Categories include: 1) Optimist (under 16) for individuals born in 2010 or later. And 2) Optimist Junior Under 12 born in 2013 or after; Junior Under 10 born in 2015 or after.
